Our client envisioned a very modern minimalist design for this custom infill build. Open-concept living spaces, large, sleek tiles and a limited colour palette achieved this sense of minimalism throughout the residence. We created clean lines with hidden, integrated handles and appliances in the kitchen, and push-latch hinges for storage solutions. Clean lines extend into the living room with corner windows and a full-height-wall fireplace featuring large tiles to minimize grout lines.
The master retreat mirrors the open-concept, minimal main level with windows that flow into the open ensuite. A free-standing bath and large, white tile flooring maintains the minimalist style and evokes relaxed lightness. Hardwood flooring and hints of wood detailing add subtle warmth completing this modern home.
