The vision was for a very modern, open-concept, luxurious custom home with clean lines. We achieved this by creating large open spans with steel beams. Working with Connie Young Design, we created a clean modern look. Integrated handles, natural woods and clean transitions from room to room make these spaces flow effortlessly. The single stringer staircase is showcased in the two-story windows, which also bring an abundance of light into the interior spaces. This custom home also has some truly unique features like an oversized elevator, a 12’ basement ceiling to accommodate a golf simulator, and an attached rear garage with radiant in floor heat and drains for washing.
